As well as Salon Stylists, qualified Hairdressers become Business Owners, Session and Bridal Stylists, Colour Technicians, Sales professionals, Teachers, Trichologists, Wig Makers, work on Cruise Ships and in Film, Theatre and TV…
It’s an industry that never stops learning and evolving offering excellent earnings potential and a career that is creative, social and fun.
At EASI we believe an Apprenticeship is the best way to start your Hairdressing career as you aren’t just learning about Hairdressing – you’re in a salon, surrounded by experts, getting paid and learning how to BE a Hairdresser
Our team are as passionate about your success as you are (maybe even more!) and we work hard to keep our Learners motivated and on track. We are proud to have delivered training to hundreds of Hairdressers across Essex, Suffolk and London since 2003.
Training the EASI Way
HAIRDRESSERS AT HEART
Our Trainers took qualifications to teach because they want to share all they know – and encourage everyone to be the best Hairdresser they can possibly be.
“I would definitely take on an Apprentice – I can’t wait to share my knowledge and inspire people and help them to become what they want to become.”
“You’re never on your own – someone at college and at your salon can always help you – everyone’s been there and had to learn.”
“Learning at EASI is so hands on and I have had the chance to have a go and see how people do it differently and find my own way.”
“Be prepared that you will make mistakes but just acknowledge it, accept it but come back the next day with a fresh head and get on with it.”
“EASI helped me to realise that I can actually do it – I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to meet everyone’s expectations but when I joined, they helped me so much.”
“I really enjoyed my taster day as it made me realise EASI was smaller and not too big and I felt safe and homely! I got to see my classrooms where I’d be learning, and I got to actually try doing hair.”
“I love the fact that I’m doing an Apprenticeship. I struggled at school and now its really good coz you don’t come to college everyday but you’re still learning and it gets you in the mindset of working.”
“I didn’t get on well at school and just wasn’t interested – but the Apprenticeship is the best thing I’ve ever done! I actually enjoy going – and learning! For once I can say that I love learning! Since being with EASI my passion for Hairdressing has gone up and up.”
“My Apprenticeship at EASI has taught me so much about life – they have given me the confidence and taught me to believe in myself. They have supported me in the most amazing way throughout my training and helped me with my English and Maths.”
“I struggled with anxiety, but I talk to Sarah at EASI, which has definitely helped me and its really good to have a place to go to.”
“It was a big thing to me having my own money and to have salon experience from day 1. I would recommend an Apprenticeship to anyone thinking about it – the support you get is amazing – EASI have been so understanding and very supportive and so lovely.”
“Doing the practical and theory in college and then being able to see it come to life in the salon at work is super motivating because you can feel yourself developing.”
We only deliver training within the Hairdressing sector and as our Trainers still work as successful stylists when they’re not teaching, you’ll learn current, relevant and work-ready skills and techniques alongside your structured training programme.
