Tomorrow’s Hair Talent
The industry is constantly changing, and we frequently review our performance and delivery. Training future professionals is a responsibility we take seriously, and we invest time in ensuring our Learners are salon ready, with support available to help improve communication with clients, organisational and presentation skills and, a big topic for many Learners these days, confidence and self-belief.
The modern world places many demands on young people. EASI supports Learners in all aspects of their life which ensures they leave the training programme fully equipped with a complete toolkit of skills and truly ready for the workplace. We recruit aspiring Hairdressers who have a desire to be creative and are ready to work hard. EASI will also help you to explore the wonderful world of Hairdressing and the many possibilities the industry has to offer, from Stylist to Salon Owner to working in Theatre, TV and Film.
The EASI Promise
We promise to deliver a collaborative curriculum which embraces passion, creativity and individual well-being.
So in the real world, what does this mean?!
Quite simply, the Learner is at the heart of every decision we make.

Our vision for the future
In the same way we want Learners to be the best version of themselves, we expect no less for the EASI Team. Staff keep up to date with curriculum changes, products and Learner safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives.
We are constantly reviewing our performance and are committed to delivering specialist quality training to the Hair industry to even more Learners – we are now in our new premises on Head Street (do visit us!) and we will be expanding our services. We will also be developing our Apprenticeship Ambassador status – watch out for updates!
Ensuring we stay on track
Quality and Welfare underpin the EASI approach, so to continue with our development plans and to remain successful, we frequently review our business, the training we offer, the Learner journey and the effective use of public funds – the Governance Team holds meetings throughout the year to discuss these factors.
We also receive observations from our awarding bodies including City & Guilds, participate in the rigour of Ofsted Inspections, come under the microscope of the ESFA audit and conduct maintenance reviews of our quality kitemark, Matrix.
Contribute to Governance at EASI
EASI welcomes contributions to our Governance Team from volunteers within the local community including employers, salons, schools and parents who may wish to offer support and join us in developing and enhancing our Learner experiences.
